Street improvements may include, but are not limited to, grading, compaction and paving as may be required for the improvement of existing roads and the construction of new roads. Any and all curbs, gutters and sidewalks, striping or required markings, street trees and landscaping and any required utilities systems such as electrical or irrigation.
